FUN WITH DIGITAL FIMMAKING FOR KIDS!!
Discover the Fun of Making Movies at WinCAM's Afternoon Program for Kids Ages 9–16 This August!!
WHAT TO EXPECT @ WINCAM
*Everyday (Monday through Friday) from 1 - 5 come & play with movies,
video and television- learn how to shoot and edit your own movie!
*KIDS will participate in the filmmaking process as part of a production team! KIDS will learn the nuts & bolts of filmmaking.
KIDS will learn how to edit and score their own films.
*KIDS will create short films related to a specific genre- comedy, drama, Documentary, & avant-garde., under the supervision and instruction of local
Filmmakers in a supportive and inspiring environment.
*Each KID will fulfill each of the basic crew positions on a film, & will receive all the fundamental instruction in writing, directing, camera operation,
lighting, & editing.
*KIDS automatically become WinCAM Producers, with access to all studio equipment and training on how to write, direct and edit his or her own films.
*WinCAM will provide all hardware, software, training, space and popcorn!
*WinCAM PROGRAM runs for 4 One-week sessions starting Monday, August 4.

*Have you ever
made a movie? Bring it in! If not, we can show you how. Not only will everyone participate in the making of a class movie, we will be encouraging everyone to create his or her own movie for a WinCAM Festival that will air during
the month of October.
*There will be a family screening and every participant will receive a DVD of the class project.
