David has been working in public access television for over fifteen years. David is responsible for WinCAM's daily operation as well as planning for its future.

Joe LaRocca is a true Winchestonian. He was born at Winchester Hospital and educated by the public school system. Joe studied film at Boston College and obtained an MFA in Film Production from Boston University. He is experienced with the studio's equipment and is eager to help out the community produce quality programs.

Anthony is the guy you talk to if you want to request a show for any WinCAM station, to thank someone for WinCAMs already wonderful programming or if you want to post something on our Community Bulletin Board. He is also quite nice.

Chris has several years of in the field production as well as a vast understanding of live and studio audio recording. Chris covers Selectmen, School Committee meetings and various community events. He is also avalible to help with editing in a hands on manner.

Our mission is to promote and facilitate free speech while providing access to established and emerging media. Winchester Community Access & Media, (WinCAM) is a non-profit membership organization providing the community with television production training workshops AND professional production facilities.
