Steve Gay, WinCAM's new Executive Director, started his television career more than 20 years ago in Public Access at CCTV in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to coming to Winchester Steve worked at the Comcast Framingham Studio for 8 years and taught television and video production at CCTV for 11 years. Steve is a big believer in community television and public access and is dedicated to training everyone who has an interest in learning. He also is co-owner of a small video production company with his sweet wife, Anita. |

Jennifer Wille brings years of visual art training to her work as Production and Programming Supervisor of WinCAM, Winchester Community Access & Media. With a degree in Advanced Studio Arts in Photography and History from the College of Southern Maryland, she continued her education in Boston and graduated with a BFA in Film Production from Emerson College. As a trained photographer, editor and filmmaker, she learned about public access television in Winchester while working on a documentary and decided first to volunteer with WinCAM and then to work here. Jennifer brings a strong work ethic and willingness to share her knowledge and personal experiences to the youth of Winchester as McCAll Middle School's Video Instructor, and holds summer filmmaking programs for the kids, to help them discover their own artistic identity and vision through the digital arts. Her varied and interesting history includes working as a tattoo artist and a newspaper photographer, and looks forward to helping WinCAM become a vital crossroad of the community, and become the best public access television station it can be. |

Joe LaRocca is a true Winchestonian. He was born at Winchester Hospital and educated by the public school system. Joe studied film at Boston College and obtained an MFA in Film Production from Boston University. He is experienced with the studio's equipment and is eager to help out the community produce high quality programs. Despite Joe's fragile appearance he has been crowned King Snowball Fight Champion for three non-consecutive years by the New England Winter Sports Commission. Boldly Joe hopes to go deep-sea fishing in every State in the Union. On the moon Joe weighs just 15 grams! His favorite movie is Aunt Frannie's Porch (1992). |
